Phase 1 is storyline, Phase 2 is Editing such as graphics and sound design, and Phase 3 is Final touch items such as captions. Each phase has a 24 hour response period, failure to respond results in acceptance.

Cancellation Policy

If customer fails to cancel prior to 72 hours before the start of service, the customer is liable for and loses all deposits. If the customer cancels more than 72 hours in advance, the customer is only entitled to 50% of total refund.
