In its simplist terms, Branding is your reputation to the community and your customers. A great example of this is Apple. What makes Apple so special, why are people willing to spend $1000 on an IPhone and think it's a bargain? If you ask any Apple user why they bought an Apple, they'll tell you security and quality. If you want something that's not included, submit a contact form for a custom proposal. The scheduled time is for a planning or storyboarding meeting. This project may take up to 14 days to complete from start to finish What's included: *Premium Editing - Paid and royalty free graphics, transitions, music, sound design and coloring *Custom Mascot Puppet (An additional fee of $250 for a digital copy). Client is responsible for copywriting mascot. *Custom Scenes - Animated or Video *Client Voiceover to create Mascot cartoon voice. Additional voices may be done by client or voiceover artist, clients choice. *Length up to 90 second *On site filming (Up to 2 locations) *Lighting *Storyboarding *Captions *Formats: 4:5(IG/LI) 16:9(FB/YT/IG/LI) 9:16 (YT shorts) *Resolution: 720p or 1080p *Scripting *Up to 3 revisions --- a revision is a list of suggested changes for the specific post production phase. Phase 1 is storyline, Phase 2 is Editing such as graphics and sound design, and Phase 3 is Final touch items such as captions. Each phase has a 24 hour response period, failure to respond results in acceptance.

Cancellation Policy

If customer fails to cancel prior to 72 hours before the start of service, the customer is liable for and loses all deposits. If the customer cancels more than 72 hours in advance, the customer is only entitled to 50% of total refund.
